The FOODSAFE Level 2 online course uses Open School BC's state-of-the-art learning management system and hosting service. This course delivers content in an organized and methodical, step-by-step instructional process that promotes a learner-centered approach to safety awareness.
FOODSAFE online instructors are certified food safety experts who assist students online and answer questions.
Duration: You have 28 days to work through the course content, participate in the discussions and complete the assignments and write the quiz.
